### Job Summary

Mentone Concrete Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented *Sales & Marketing Executive* to promote and sell *Concrete Cover Blocks*. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s presence in the construction industry.

### Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
* Promote and sell Concrete Cover Blocks to builders, contractors, developers, infrastructure companies, and distributors.
* Visit project sites, consultants, architects, and potential customers to generate enquiries.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
* Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
* Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
* Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and customer feedback reports.
* Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events, and networking meetings when required.

### Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* *Experience:* 1–5 years in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Construction Materials, Concrete Products, Cement, or Building Materials.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.

* Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
