📍 Location: Pune | 🏭 Industry: Material Handling / Industrial Automation
💼 Experience: 3–7 Years | 🎓 B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Mechanical

Role Overview:
Design and develop Roller Conveyors, Modular Conveyors, Assembly Lines, SPMs, Fixtures and Lean Automation solutions for material handling systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare 2D/3D conceptual & detailed designs using SolidWorks & AutoCAD
Create part drawings, assembly drawings, fabrication drawings and BOMs
Manage engineering data/revisions using PDM
Technical calculations & component selection (LM rails, gear motors, pneumatics, sensors, bearings)
Prepare cost estimates, project plans & technical proposals
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase & Service teams
Interact with customers to resolve engineering/design issues
Support prototype development, testing & design modifications

Skills Required:
SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PDM, MS Office | Strong knowledge of Material Handling Systems, Conveyors, SPMs, Lean Automation

Key Competencies:
Strong design fundamentals, problem-solving, project execution, customer focus & communication skills
