### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive *Senior HR Executive* to manage end-to-end HR operations for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, payroll support, employee performance evaluation, HR administration, employee engagement, and the induction process. The candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to build a positive work culture.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
* Prepare and coordinate monthly salary calculations and payroll data with accuracy.
* Develop and implement a structured employee performance evaluation/appraisal system.
* Handle HR administration, employee records, attendance, leave management, and compliance-related documentation.
* Plan and execute employee appreciation, recognition, and engagement programs.
* Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
* Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee welfare initiatives.
* Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
* Resolve employee queries and support a healthy and productive work environment.
* Generate HR reports and maintain MIS for management review.

### Required Qualifications

* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
* 8–9 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR administration.
* Experience in designing and implementing employee appraisal systems.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
