Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Management:
Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
Manage accounts payable, vendor payments, and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
2. Collections and Receivables:
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections.
Maintain detailed records of payment schedules, overdue accounts, and escalate issues as required.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team to resolve billing disputes or discrepancies.
Prepare periodic collection reports for management review.
3. Taxation and Compliance:
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Assist with income tax computations, audits, and assessments.
Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
4. Financial Planning and Analysis:
Monitor cash flows and prepare budgets to ensure optimal fund utilization.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and provide actionable insights.
5. Audit and Process Improvement:
Facilitate internal and external audits by providing required financial data and documentation.
Suggest and implement improvements in accounting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and collections management.
Proven experience in handling end-to-end accounts and collections.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing collections.
