Job Title:* Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
Experience:* Fresher to 2 years  
Location:* Pune, India  
Joining:* Immediate joiners preferred  

*Job Summary:*  
We are looking for a dynamic and personable Guest Relations Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be the face of the organization, responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, addressing concerns, and ensuring seamless service. This role is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities:*  
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel valued throughout their visit.  
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.  
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.  
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., housekeeping, F&B) to fulfill guest needs.  
- Provide information about the property, services, and local attractions.  
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback to enhance future experiences.  
- Ensure the lobby, reception, and other guest-facing areas are presentable at all times.  
- Assist in organizing events and special occasions to enhance guest satisfaction.  

*Qualifications:*  
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).  
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional or foreign languages are a plus.  
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.  
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems or CRM tools (preferred).  

*Preferred Skills:*  
- Prior internship or experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality.  
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.  
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
