Job Description
Positions: CSR Executive
Education: Any degree in Business, Marketing, Social Work, or related field
-Research funding opportunities from corporate CSR initiatives, government schemes, grants, and foundations.
-Develop and present impactful proposals, presentations, and funding applications.
-Build strong relationships with CSR managers, corporate leaders, donors, and other stakeholders.
-Explore multiple funding sources, including HNIs (High Net-Worth Individuals), crowdfunding platforms, and international organizations.
-Represent the NGO at networking events, CSR forums, and industry meetings.
-Ensure proper reporting on fund utilization and program impact to donors.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CSR laws, government policies, and funding trends in India.
● Required Skills:
-Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to research and write persuasive funding proposals.
-Familiarity with government schemes and grant applications is a plus.
