Executive – Human Resources. (Talent Acquisition)
Job Location - Chakan, Pune
Qualification – MBA / Specialization in HR. 
Experience – 3 to 5 Years. 


Roles & Responsibilities.

 # Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels.
# Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. 
# Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. 
# Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers. 
# Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, 
# Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. 
# Maintain up to date Job description bank. 
# Creating job descriptions for new roles by aligning with hiring managers & HOD 
# Engagement with candidates until onboarding. 
# Track and report key recruitment metrics. – MIS. 
# Analyses recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the hiring process. 
# Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. 
# Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Good in Excel.
