Supplier Quality Control Engineer*

- - Conducting thorough quality checks of sheet metal components upon receipt
- - Measuring dimensions and verifying tolerances as per technical specifications
- - Maintaining accurate records of inspection results and preparing detailed inspection reports
- - Communicating non-conformance issues to suppliers and ensuring timely resolution
- - Collaborating with suppliers to improve the quality of delivered components
- - Conducting periodic audits at supplier sites to ensure adherence to quality standards
- - Ensuring components meet ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards
- - Following safety and quality guidelines during inspection processes
- - Providing feedback to suppliers to drive continuous improvement in the supply chain
- - Working closely with internal quality and production teams to identify and mitigate recurring issues
