Supply Chain Executive/Analyst
Location: Holkarwadi Pune (Near Hadapsar)
Qualification: BE or Diploma Electronics /Electrical
Exp: 4 -7 Years
Job Description:
• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for electrical and electronics components.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.
• Conduct vendor evaluations and establish long-term partnerships with reliable suppliers.
• Analyze and forecast demand to ensure availability of materials and components.
• Create and maintain procurement-related reports, dashboards, and KPIs using advanced Excel skills.
• Handle MIS reporting, including data consolidation, trend analysis, and insights for decision-making.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements in supply chain processes.
• Work on process automation and efficiency enhancement using Excel and other tools.
Required Qualifications:
• BE (Electrical/Electronics) or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles, preferably in the electrical/electronics industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Excel) for data analysis, reporting, and MIS preparation.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills to drive cost savings and supplier improvements.
• Knowledge of SAP for procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
