Billing Engineer
Study of BOQ as per specification and taking out quantity measurements from onsite data and drawings.
• Preparation of proper bill format and entering bill without error.
• Preparing and certification of RA bills for the projects (on monthly basis.)
• To take the DC & measurement from site engineer and certify.
• Identification and preparation of extra items.
• Preparation of reconciliation statements
• Preparation of all billing records and marinating it.
• Getting approval from client.
• To follow-up on the accounts department for invoice/ payment.
• Complete all billing (RA bills) by coordination with management team and considering work order terms & condition.
• Ensure debit note and advance payment adjustment against pro rata basis as per contract terms.
Getting the bill authorized and forwarding the same to accounts for payments.
• Intimating/ coordination with planning team and estimation team for amendments in work order/ extra item approvals.
• Maintaining all important documentations record.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3-5 years in billing and estimation for electrical projects
Gross Salary: As per industry standards, negotiable based on experience
3.5 - 5.5 ( May vary based on exp and last drawn salary)
