1) Fault Finding and Root Cause Analysis.

Job Description
1) Ensuring implementation of 5s practices and work place discipline.
2) Relevant experience from sheet metal industries. should have hands on experience on auto blanking press upto 500 T.
3) manpower handling ,production management and target oreinted and accountable for shift /day production.
4) Awareness of IATF-16949 and safety management systems.
5) safety of all fellow workmates and Equipment.
6) Ensuring correct sequencing of activity for specified planned work.
7) Ensuring capture of data as required by specific process and sub process activity.
8) Ensuring strict adherence to monitoring of daily scheduled parameters/checks.
9) Immediate reporting to senior about lapses in daily monitored parameters and giving clearance post rectification of lapse.
10) reconciliation of scheduled task/activity v/s actual status.
11) documented hand over of charge to successor with updated records.
12) should have managed a work force of 50 and above.
