Position: Senior Maintenance Engineer

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on molds to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair mold issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and ensure proper storage and handling of molds.
Inspect and test electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Update and maintain electrical schematics and documentation.
Ensure quick resolution of breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement maintenance strategies.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with molds used in plastic manufacturing.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency maintenance tasks.
Certification in mold or electrical maintenance will be an advantage.
