you will be responsible for:
Recruitment:
Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Coordinating with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Payroll:
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll
Managing employee benefits, deductions, and tax-related matters
Addressing and resolving payroll-related queries and issues
Training & Development:
Identifying training needs and creating development programs
Organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as necessary
Employee Engagement Activities:
Planning and executing employee engagement initiatives
Fostering a positive work environment through team-building events and activities
Seeking and implementing feedback to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity
Administrative Duties:
Managing office supplies and inventory
Coordinating and overseeing office maintenance and repairs
Handling correspondence, filing, and other administrative tasks
Supporting the management team with scheduling and meeting arrangements
