Jr. Design Engineer
DEPARTMENT: Design
Location: Jyotiba Nagar, Talwade, Pune Maharashtra.
Salary Package: ₹18k to upto ₹35k(depending on skills and experience)
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
0.6- 4 years in Injection Mould Design.
Key Responsibilities:
2D detailing / Wirecut drawing / EDM position / Injection Mould Design / Electrode Design
Creation of 2D Drawings.
Design software’s like VisiCAD, Siemens NX, Mouldex 3D.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design complete injection mould based on plastic part design files.
Conduct DFM analysis, Mouldflow analysis, generate 2D drawings and release for manufacturing.
Coordinate and collaborate with Tool Room and Vendor Development teams to provide high quality design files in given timeline.
Have good knowledge of all parts of an injection mould, functionality and criticalities of each part, runner system, gating system, etc.
Ideally have experience of injection mould design for Automotive, Electronics, or Medical Device sectors.
Be a quick learner and an efficient designer to deliver designs in short timeline.
Design electrodes for machining work for tool parts.
Software Knowledge: VisiCAD, Siemens NX, Mouldex 3D preferred
