Job Description:
Review Purchase Orders (PO): Regularly check existing purchase orders to determine material requirements and delivery schedules.
2. Communicate with Vendors: Maintain clear and consistent communication with vendors about material requirements and any changes.
3. Release Orders: Issue call-off orders to vendors based on agreed terms and conditions in the main contract.
4. Track Deliveries: Monitor the delivery status of materials to ensure they arrive on time and in the required quantities.
5. Resolve Issues: Address any issues related to delays, shortages, or quality discrepancies with the vendor.
6. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all communications, orders, deliveries, and any issues that arise. Coordinate with the warehouse team to verify the receipt of materials and resolve any discrepancies.
7. Report : Provide regular reports on call-off activities till immediate reporting manager.
8. Issue Resolution : Address any issues related to delays, shortages, or quality defects with vendors promptly. Document and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Qualification:
1. Any Diploma/ Bachelor's degree.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in a supply chain or logistics role.
3. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
4. Good communication skills in English & Local language.
