Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
• Manage key accounts, contractors, builders, developers, consultants, and distributors.
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales.
• Maintain excellent customer relationship management (CRM).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits across India.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 10–15 years in Sales & Marketing.
• Preferred background in Construction Materials, Concrete Products, Cement, or Building Materials.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Concrete Cover Blocks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business development and marketing expertise.
