Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Manage key accounts, contractors, builders, developers, consultants, and distributors.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales.
- Maintain excellent customer relationship management (CRM).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits across India.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10–15 years in Sales & Marketing.
- Preferred background in Construction Materials, Concrete Products, Cement, or Building Materials.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Concrete Cover Blocks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development and marketing expertise.
