Job Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
• Manage and guide production workers effectively.
• Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
• Monitor production process, productivity and quality.
• Maintain daily production records and reports.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and other departments.
• Ensure safety, discipline and 5S practices on the shop floor.
• Identify production issues and take timely corrective action.
