Machine Type: CNC Turning Machines Job Overview HyTech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Setter / Programmer to join its manufacturing team at Khandala, Satara. The candidate should have practical experience in CNC turning machine setting, programming, and operation.

Key Responsibilities  Set up and operate CNC Turning Machines as per production requirements.  Develop, modify and execute CNC programs for turning operations.  Perform machine setting, tool selection and tool offset adjustments.  Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.  Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.  Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.  Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.  Troubleshoot machining and programming-related issues.  Maintain production quality, machine efficiency and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications  ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification preferred.  2–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC Turning.  Practical knowledge of CNC setting and programming.  Knowledge of engineering drawings, tolerances and measuring instruments.  Understanding of cutting tools, tool offsets and machining processes.  Ability to identify and resolve machining-related problems. Preferred Candidate Profile  Candidates with strong hands-on CNC Turning experience.  Knowledge of CNC controller programming and operation.  Good technical understanding and problem-solving skills.  Immediate joiners preferred.
