SENIOR MANAGER – DIE CASTING
📌 Experience: 10–15 Years
📍 Location: Chakan, Pune
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage overall Die Casting production operations
* Lead and develop the Die Casting team
* Ensure production targets, quality & productivity
* Control rejection, cycle time & process efficiency
* Knowledge of HPDC machines, dies & process parameters
* Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance & Tool Room teams
* Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.E. Mechanical / Production
💼 Industry: Pressure Die Casting / Auto Components
