Job Description – Senior Purchase Executive

Position: Senior Purchase Executive

Location: Warje, Pune

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: ₹3.5 – ₹7 LPA

Qualification : Diploma in Electrical Engineering / B.E. Electrical

Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Procure electrical materials for LT Control Panel manufacturing and All electrical Project.

* Handle sourcing, vendor development, price negotiation, and purchase order processing.

* Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet production schedules.

* Coordinate with production, stores, and planning teams for material requirements.

* Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.

* Monitor inventory levels and avoid material shortages.

* Follow up with vendors for on-time deliveries.

* Maintain purchase records, documentation, and reports.

* Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely procurement of electrical components.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Electrical and LT Control Panel materials and electrical components.

* Experience in electrical material procurement and vendor management.

* Good negotiation and communication skills.

* Familiarity with ERP/MS Excel is preferred.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Candidate:

* 3+ years of experience in Electrical Material ,Control Panel/LT Panel material purchasing.

* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
