Key Responsibilities:-

* Lead end-to-end fabrication operations for LT/HT electrical panel manufacturing.

* Plan, monitor, and execute daily and monthly production schedules.

* Supervise laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, grinding, sheet metal fabrication, and powder coating operations.

* Optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

* Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments are consistently achieved.

* Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Coordinate with Design, PPC, Purchase, Stores, and Assembly departments for smooth production flow.

* Ensure preventive maintenance and efficient machine utilization.

* Reduce rejection, rework, and production losses through effective process control.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.

* Monitor production KPIs and prepare regular MIS and performance reports. Role & responsibilities

Required Skills:-

* Proven experience in LT/HT Electrical Panel Manufacturing (Preferred).

* Strong knowledge of Laser Cutting, CNC Bending, Welding, Sheet Metal Fabrication, and Powder Coating.

* Expertise in production planning and shop floor management.

* Strong leadership, team handling, and manpower management skills.

* Ability to improve productivity, control manufacturing costs, and optimize processes.

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

* Minimum 8+ years of experience in fabrication and manufacturing operations.

* Hands-on experience managing large fabrication teams.

* Strong background in LT/HT electrical panel manufacturing.

* Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
