Production Supervisor Fresher to 5 Years 20,000 – 40,000 per month

1. Job Overview We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, supervise shop-floor operations and ensure smooth manufacturing processes. The candidate should have knowledge or practical experience in CNC, VMC and Grinding operations. Freshers with relevant mechanical qualifications and experienced candidates from the manufacturing or engineering industry are welcome to apply.

2. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily production activities on the shop floor. Manage production operations involving CNC, VMC and Grinding machines. Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timelines. Allocate work to machine operators and monitor their performance. Coordinate with operators, technicians, quality and maintenance teams. Monitor machine utilization and ensure minimum machine downtime. Ensure products are manufactured according to specified quality standards and drawings. Monitor production processes and identify operational issues. Coordinate with the quality department to minimize rejection, defects and rework. Ensure proper handling of raw materials, tools and finished goods. Maintain daily production reports, machine records and shift-wise production data. Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness and proper discipline on the shop floor. Identify production bottlenecks and suggest improvements in productivity. Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines and equipment.

3. Technical Skills Required Basic or practical knowledge of CNC machines. Knowledge of VMC (Vertical Machining Centre) operations. Understanding of Grinding machine operations. Basic knowledge of manufacturing and machining processes. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Knowledge of production planning and quality control. Understanding of shop-floor management and machine operations.

4. Educational Qualification Production SupervisorB.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. B.Sc. in Mechanical or other relevant technical disciplines. Candidates from other relevant educational backgrounds with hands-on manufacturing experience may also apply.

5. Experience Criteria Freshers with relevant mechanical qualifications and technical knowledge can apply. Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in production, manufacturing or machining operations will be preferred. Experience in CNC, VMC and Grinding operations will be an added advantage.

6. Required Skills Good team management and coordination skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Basic technical understanding of manufacturing processes. Ability to manage shop-floor activities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible, disciplined and target-oriented approach.

7. Salary & Benefits Salary: 20,000 – 40,000 per month (depending on experience, technical knowledge and skills).
