Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological testing of water and food samples as per NABL/ISO standards.
- Conduct tests for pathogens, spoilage organisms, and indicator microorganisms.
- Collect, label, and prepare samples for analysis.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of samples and materials.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment (e.g., autoclaves, incubators).
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed and accurate test records.
- Prepare and submit test reports to the Laboratory Manager.
- Assist in drafting client reports with findings and compliance details.
- Follow safety protocols for hazardous materials.
- Stay updated with food and water safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and observation skills.
- Knowledge of microbiological testing methods and equipment.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work in a team environment.
